About this event
Lotti Bruce, Marketing Director of the phenomenally successful PIG boutique hotel group has spent nearly nine years leading the company’s dynamic marketing team and growing the brand through an intensely ambitious programme of development – the group has grown from one to eight hotels in as many years!
Lotti began her career as Brand Press Assistant for Selfridges and will share her personal insight into the culture – ‘the way things are done around here’ – that underpins a successful lifestyle brand. With a sharp focus on guest experience, customer service and revenue, moving and acting to ride out the recession and continuing to grow, the marketing challenges are in overdrive.
While this brand deeply understands its audience and has a humble, self-effacing language and approach – there’s a lot more to it than just keeping its guests well fed!
