"If there were one upskilling or learning event that I would commit to throughout an entire year, it would be Up Fest. The day is packed full of informative & actionable learning sprinkled with inspiring talks, delicious food & an inspiring and meditative setting. I'd highly recommend any fledling marketers or those seeking to remove themselves from their desk for a day to invest in themselves, sign up to Up Fest 2025."

WOW. What a day. Up World truly is underpinned by a philosophy of showing kindness and being empathetic - i.e. being human. Everyone showed up as humans first, professionals second. There was little to no ego and as a result, people felt psychologically safe, which increased chances for learning and connection. I think that this day was modern day professionalism in its highest form - which is fascinating - because the setting was "not professional." An event like this should be a case study! In a world where one of the biggest business questions is "how can we get more out of our people?" - this event provided a lot of answers."
